Grading System

​

Letter grades begin in 3rd grade.  Letter grades are given quarterly for all core subjects and for Art, Music, P.E., STEM, and Spanish (in middle school only). 

 

A+:  100                                      C+: 83                                         F: 67 & below

A:     99-94                                  C:   82-75

A-:   93                                        C-:  74

B+:  92                                        D+: 73    

B:     91-85                                  D:   72-70

B-:   84                                        D-: 69-68

  

 

Eighth graders must have passing grades to graduate. 

 

REPORT CARDS

Report cards are available online to parents on a quarterly basis.  Posting dates for report cards and progress reports are available on the school calendar.

 

HONOR ROLL

Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students will receive a Certificate of Recognition for maintaining an academic record which places them on A or B Honor Roll.

 

A HONOR ROLL:                            All A’s

B HONOR ROLL:                            All A’s and B’s

 

* Students who are excessively tardy or absent may not qualify for either Honor Roll.
