Each year, our Middle School students serve as our Safety Patrol during afternoon dismissal. It's not a glamorous job, but it is one that helps ensure the safety of our students as they leave our building each day. We are so appreciative of our middle school students who volunteer to assist each day!

Today our sweet Father Matthew is ill, so we weren't able to have a mass. Instead, our 1st graders and their 7th grade buddies completed their readings and our amazing teachers led a prayer service for the start of 2nd quarter. We are so fortunate to have people who are flexible and willing to go with the flow! Last week, our Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade Students visited Carolyn's Pumpkin Patch! It was a fun-filled day of learning and playing! On October 12, our AMAZING second graders led our school mass! We are so proud of these young student leaders who were brave enough to participate today! One of our favorite traditions at St. Patrick School is Panther Families. Panther Families are a time when our 8th grade students get to lead a mixed age group in different cooperative activities. It's a great time for our students to get to know students from other grade levels and helps build a stronger sense of community in our school! Last week, we held the first Panther Families activity of the year and our 8th graders led their groups in writing Petitions to be used during our school masses this year. We are blessed with the BEST when it comes to our school custodian! Miss Elva shows up in the wee hours of the morning to make sure our school is a place we can all be proud of! Thank you, Miss Elva for everything you do to make St. Patrick a GREAT place to be! |
