![]() Each year, our students bring in their own evergreen branches and, with a little help from some volunteers from the Catholicity Team, they create the most beautiful advent wreath! Then, Father Matthew prays a special blessing over the wreath that will remain in our lobby throughout the advent season!

Today we are celebrating our Faith Based Community! St. Patrick has a loving, diverse community filled with warm, welcoming people. We love getting to know each other at events like our Wednesday night ethnic family dinners, the annual auction. Parking Lot Caroling, our Christmas Small Mall, and many other parish events. Being a part of St. Patrick is like being a part of a great big family and we would LOVE for you to join us!
St. Patrick School is incredibly fortunate to have an amazing group of people who help our school run smoothly. Being an educator is not easy, but being a Catholic School educator takes someone VERY special. We are grateful to the men and women who show up each day, not only to educate our students, but to help them grow in their faith.
We are grateful for them each and every day!! Today, Mr. Prim and some fourth grade students led our school mass. We had a beautiful third grade choir and our 8th grade cross bearer as well! Father Matthew reminded us that God has given each of us gifts and talents and that it is our job to figure out how to use those gifts & talents to serve Him.
The parents of St. Patrick School are the BEST! Not only do they make sure we are spoiled throughout the year, they are always ready to support St. Patrick in any possible way. Each morning, you will see two of our St. Patrick dads standing outside as we greet students upon their arrival. Every afternoon, you'll see parents helping in the lunch room, too!
Our parents volunteer their time and share their talents and treasures with us every single day. St. Patrick wouldn't be the GREAT school it is without these wonderful people! Today we celebrate our students! Our students have diverse interests from athletics, to robotics, to arts & music, to speech & debate and we work hard to provide them with a diverse range of opportunities!
Last weekend, our 7th and 8th grade volleyball team won the City Tournament! After three hard fought matches, our girls came out victorious over a VERY challenging Oak Hill team! We are so proud of these girls and their coaches!
Over the weekend, our three FLL teams competed in their first competition of the season. Our teams work hard all season to prepare for this BIG moment and the pressure was on! This year, two of our teams advanced to the regionals! We are so proud of all of these students for their hard work and dedication and to Mr. Prim and Mrs. Nolan for volunteering their time to give these students an experience they will never forget!

Today, they got to check on their work and found a delicious treat!
Yesterday, Father Matthew and Miss Monachino led our 8th graders to discover more about themselves and their faith. Each year, our 8th graders have two retreat days - one in the fall and one in the spring, where Father Matthew strives to deepen their faith and inspire them to be the young people that God has called them to be. |
